Exercise is a great medicine that really doctors the body up good. It is an absolute requirement for strength and development. Daily exercise is beneficial for people of all ages. Exercise prevents disease and helps one get well.
Even those who are sick need to exercise out doors daily. This makes strong bodies.
THE VERY BEST EXERCISE is walking in fresh air or making a garden. This increases the immune system and helps the body fight hundreds of diseases.
Another great exercise is swimming. It is an exercise that helps those who have arthritis. They can exercise without putting weight on the painful joints. It is also good for those who have been in car accidents.
The exercise of the first people on this earth was gardening. God put Adam in the Garden of Eden to dress and keep it. Genesis 2:15
Growing gardens is a mood elevator. It helps you feel happy because the sunlight and fresh air and exercise combine to make your body feel real balanced. The hormones are all doing their work and there is an increase in the body's ability to fight disease. This is much better than working out in a gym.
Here is a list of a few of the benefits to regular exercise for at least 30 minutes a day:

Bones and muscles are strengthened. Weight bearing exercises actually end up causing more muscle fibers and increase in bone density. That means the bones even have more material in them because of the work out.

The heart pumps more blood with each heartbeat. The healthy heart has a slower rate. If you just lower the rate from 70 to 60 beats per minute, you can save your heart 14,000 beats a day.

The vessel size and number of smaller vessels increases which is helpful if there is ever a blockage. There is less chance of a blockage in a system that has been exercising frequently.

There are so many good things that exercise does for the heart. Even the blood pressure is regulated by exercise.

When exercising, the muscles in the legs squeeze 2-3 pints of blood with each step. The more you make the blood circulate, the more your body is nourished with oxygen and needed food for each cell.

Aging is slowed down by daily healthful exercise. My Grandma lived to a good age of 91. She loved to garden. She especially loved growing flowers.

Digestion is helped by exercise. It is best to walk quickly after eating. Walk for 15 minutes to 30 minutes with the head up and the shoulders back.
Exercise cuts down on stress. It helps people to relax. Especially if the exercise is gardening, walking or swimming outdoors.
The calming effect from the pretty flowers is added to by the knowledge that God made these flowers to tell us He loves us.
Exercise helps prevent: heart disease, high blood pressure, over weight problems, diabetes, and osteoporosis.
Exercise improves ones sleep, digestion of food, and mental outlook.

Let's get our exercise everyday.
